Oversail Blocks

Camel manufactures oversail blocks to any customer requirements in addition to the Standard Network Rail designs. All Camel’s oversail blocks are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1339. Our oversail blocks are wet cast to provide and extremely high quality finish. We can also incorporate lifting eyes, dowel holes and bespoke profile options.

Camel has a wealth of experience supplying precast units to all sizes of Network Rail projects. Using precision steel moulds that ensure complete accuracy Camel’s standard and bespoke concrete products meet all the relevant Network Rail Standards. Our state of the art facility in Wakefield has the capabilities to manufacture concrete strengths in excess of 55N/mm2 and can handle weights of up to 40 tonnes with our overhead crane system. With our robust quality control system, only the finest aggregates are used in the production process.
